The ingredients used in the lamb skewers consisted of cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and lamb belly. The ingredients used in the pork skewers consisted of soy sauce, sweet sauce, salt, pepper and pork belly. The ingredients used in the naan included a simple dough with added sesame seeds.

The features of these various skewers that made it fall under the category of street food included, their fast cooking and easy way of consumption shown in their skewer form. Both of these features are heavily influenced by the middle eastern Asian style of cooking. In the middle east of Asia, foods prepared there are cooked at high heat and low cook time, this is used in the cooking process of these skewers.
